I am an advocate in full support of the EU's updated laws to protect your data and privacy under the GDPR (General Data Privacy Regulation) which was put into law May 25th, 2018. The GDPR is intended to protect the data of European Union (EU) citizens.

I feel this has been needed for a very long time and makes the Internet a much safer and more transparent place for people all across the world. I have always worked hard to make sure any personal information you give me is protected and deleted as soon as it's no longer in use or at your request. So, this is simply a continuation of my status quo for your protection and privacy.

Website Security

All websites listed below have valid SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates. This better protects your data and activity while on my websites. You will notice when you come to my websites and see the "Secure" and "https://" in the website address bar of your browser.

Data Agreement

By entering your name, email address and any additional, optional personal data into forms requesting information, you are giving Matt Ludwig the right to send you the information you requested and future information via email upon confirming your email address.

How I use your personal information

Once you click the confirmation link in the initial email I send to you, I deliver the information you asked for also known as a "Free Psoriasis Natural Healing Guide". Beyond that, on a periodical basis, I will send an email to you to ensure you are getting the most from my advice and experience and to further help you progress.

All email correspondences sent are meant to further your use of the information provided to you. You will not receive emails containing solicitations directly from any third-parties. This will not exceed more than one email every 10-14 days for the first 90 days. After that I send approximately one email every 30 days. You can opt out of this information at anytime using the link provided at the bottom of the email correspondence or by direct request.

Upon completing the detailed survey I have put together, that data is stored privately. I use the survey data to craft a personalized nutrition plan for you, and you alone. Survey data is not sent to any third-parties or advertisers. It is for the sole purpose of helping you build a customized natural healing practice that works best for you.

How long I keep your personal information

Your data will be held as long as you find the information useful. Your data can be deleted upon your request at anytime. If you opt out of further correspondence, your data will be deleted at that time. Your data will be entirely anonymous.

Cookies

No cookies are utilized on these three domains mentioned above. A cookie is to hold data you enter on a website to store for faster, easier use of the website. Such as remembering your username and password to login, or transaction data to make a future purchase easier. Most times, cookies are used to make the website perform faster in your browser. I do not store cookies for these purposes as these websites do not require log-ins and I do not host a store or shopping cart.

In general, if you do not want your personal data or activity statistics being held, then you can disable Cookies in your browser.

Coaching Services, Donations, Tracking Links

When you choose to order Coaching Services or make a Donation, the information you enter, such as name, email address and the price or donation amount on the payment form is sent to Paypal for processing. Please refer to Paypal's Privacy Policy for more information on how they use it to complete a transaction. Any information made on these purchases is deleted upon request or when service are completed.

On certain natural remedies and solutions I recommend, I use tracking links to refer a commission back to me if you choose to purchase that item. For example, on my "Medicine" page, if you click on an item of interest that sends you to Amazon, and you choose to order, that sale will be attributed to me. Another example, if you click on the link to view the Probiotics and choose to order, that sale is tracked to me. The only reason I do this, is to supplement the work I do on your behalf and to free up more time to help more people. Trust me, it does not pay the bills, but it does help a little. I ONLY suggest products I use myself with great success, that I feel are crucial for full healing to take place. Please refer to Amazon and Ozona Organics (manufacturer of the probiotics) for their Privacy Policies on how they use your data on their web properties.

Infusionsoft by Keap (Data Processor)

Infusionsoft by Keap is used as the Data Processor. They process the information you put into a form in order to give you the specific information you requested. They have gone to great extents to meet and exceed the requirements of the GDPR data protection laws for EU citizens. Please refer to Infusionsoft's updated Privacy Policy for more information on their efforts.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used on the websites. This is to help me build a better experience for visitors and to ensure the website is up and available at all times. I look at "Acquisition" data which shows me where visitors came to me from and how they interact with pages on my websites as you surf through pages. This helps me refine the content I make to be more useful and informative while trimming away other content that has proven not to be. The analytical data is not used to serve advertisements or third-party content delivery. Please refer to Google Analytics' Privacy Policy for more information on how they use your data.

LiquidWeb

LiquidWeb is the hosting provider for my three websites. They will track anonymous data on the server such as number of visits, pageload speed and other metrics meant to be solely for improving the performance of the website and making sure it is secure, uncompromised and fast. Your personal data is not passed to them under any circumstances. 

I reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at anytime. If any updates or revisions are made you will be notified immediately.
